You're misleading people making this appear like a development. As I pointed out earlier, only those who voted against the status quo participated in the subsequent vote as to how to change the relationship. Nearly half of all voters supported status quo, so this poll you're linking represents splits only among the remaining half and is merely a curiosity for statistical purposes with no political implications as the overall vote already failed.
