The guy filming it is an ars*hole, he missed the majority of the fight trying to tape the girl on the ground! As soon as Huerta went over to the d*ckhead that hit the girl he should've followed the action an got it all! The guy that hit the girl got exactly what he deserved!!

He was probably trying to get a panty shot when the girl was on the ground lol.
