Is 2012 quite possibly the worst year in boxing history?

Is 2012 quite possibly the worst year ever?

Lets run down some of the happenings thus far....

(In no particular order)
-Paul Williams motorcycle accident ends career
-Gamboa-Rios cancelled
-Ortiz-Berto II halted twice, and ultimately cancelled
-Khan-Peterson II cancelled
-Lamont Peterson tests positive for PEDs
-Andre Berto tests positive for PEDs
-Tavoris Cloud Roberry vs Campillo
-Brandon Rios Robbery vs Abril
-James Kirkland vs Carlos Molina DEBOCLE
-The passing of Burt Sugar
-The passing of Johnny "Mi Vida Loca" Tapia (In the same week as Paul Williams gets paralyzed)
-Timothy Bradley ROBBERY vs Manny Pacquiao (and quite possibly the greatest robbery in boxing history)

O_O and this is just the stuff that I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff...

So again, my boxing knowledge in terms of it's great history is miniscule so I have to ask: Is 2012 thee worst year ever, in boxing history? Or was there another year that could top this in the number of controversies, and passings, and debocles, etc.
