Mosley was able to box from the outside and too VERY little damage from Pacquiao.

The difference is in styles and skills.

Mosley realized that Pacquiao was limited.So he stayed on the outside. He knows that he couldn't have tried that against Floyd because Floyd can cut off a ring like a solid, even basic boxer could.
