Wladimir Klitschko...does he deserve to be considered a top 10 all-time heavyweight?

His best wins are definitely Jersey Joe Walcott and Ezzard Charles. Charles wasn't near the fighter at HW that he was at LHW, but he put up an incredible resistance in both those two battles. And let's not act like Rock had some big size advantage over these guys. Yeah, he was a HW, but he was 5'9" with like a 68" reach and weight about 185 on fight night.

      Top 15.

Way too dominant and consistent to be less than that, resume lets him down.

Not really his fault. Nobody out there (other than his brother) who could push him into the top 10 stratosphere. I think he's good enough to be there, though, H2H-wise. I'd probably pick him to beat Liston and Holyfield, at least.

Legacies are measured by resume. Then skill. Wladimir is definitely top 15-20. He'll have a hard time getting any closer unless he defeats his brother.
