There is no clear number one as it stands.The number 1 and 2 spots can easily fluctuate depending on whose most recently active. Bradley was already number 1, and he WAS chasing Khan until whatever deals he and top-rank have made.Remember the vibe was that Khan was avoiding Bradley and now the tables have turned. I respect Khan because he chases the big AND dangerous fights( mostly cause he thinks it will land him Floyd).But when he was percieved as a cash cow he declined to fight certain people too( like Bradley is not wanting to risk a Pac fight). So overall you know how they do over at top rank, If Bradley can sell enough tickets he stays number 1 ( they won't risk him against a real threat) until they cash out in a Pac fight.
