        Have a few things. I like to make resolutions, as it feels like a new start when the new year begins.

        Goals:

        - Get into weight lifting + Bulk up 170lbs. No more excuses. It's something I've always wanted to do, but some reason I've never got round to it. I'm itching already to get in there and get bigger.
        - Eat healthier and cleaner.
        - Consistently save money weekly.
        - Work less, and enjoy life more.
        - Explore and try new things.
        - Get more organised in general.

        Think there all reasonably reachable goals that I can achieve.

                I will push myself even harder in the gym.

                Eat healthier, I already do but I admit to slacking off sometimes.

                Try and take more days off from the plant, I'm here pretty much everyday, need to stop thinking about work so much.

                Be a better husband.

                    Making more money is always helpful, something I wanna work on and I had this goal I have been working on since late summer that is coming along which is by Feb I wanted to be benching 245 in my heavy set comfortably I am at 240 now but its a struggle not gonna lie.

                      1-No more getting high

                      2-no more sex with whores

                      3-workout 5 days a week

                      4-if it aint about money it is no loner relevant

                      5-go to church every sunday
