All this P.E.D stuff is making me question the history of the sport

So as a template I'd do something like this

    Earlier in the day

    Sprints - 100 meters x 8-10

    For the actual routine

    Dynamic Stretching - 10 minutes

Power Cleans 7x3 @ progressively higher weights

    Barbell Row 12, 10, 8, 6

    Chins- Bodyweight 20, 20, 20, 20

    Stretching - Cooldown
I do not see this exercise preparing a fighter for the 11th and 12th rounds of a fight.

Don't even begin to call me a clown and an idiot with that load of bull**** and ignorance in your previous post.

        smelling salts WORK
they fucking work. i have never been in a state where i've needed them, but i've seen them extensively.

you used to be able to scrape a fighter off of the canvas when the bell rang as well. you could carry him back to the corner when he was virtually unconscious and on the ground. or if he was out on his feet you could assist him back to the corner.

they'd hit him with the salts and get water on his head and if he was in shape and a great fighter he would have a chance of working his way back into a fight after being all but out cold.
Powerful stuff those salts. Thanks for sharing your story.
