i'd like to see this wonderful series continue, in the hope of seeing more dramatic, legacy-enhancing happenings. but i can live with it if Marquez feels he's done what he set out to do with Pacquiao and walks away from that rivalry.

if Marquez throws a spanner in the works of Marquez-Pac V, would Arum let him fight Rios? Bradley would be a creditable fight for Marquez, but i hear Beristain doesn't want it.

or maybe Marquez will look outside of Top Rank for a worthy foe?

The next time Marquez would dip into that well, he would be seeing lots more money. So it will be very tempting.

Marquez can fight Bradley but it would not be anywhere as attractive if you ask a general audience. Even more so outside of forums like this. More importantly for Marquez, he would not gain much money compared to a fight with Manny.

I agree the point of having the fourth fight was to see if someone would win between the two in convincing fashion and it happened plus there's no need to risk further injury marquez has been through some wars.

                Thank heavens.

There is no need for a fifth fight. Marquez arguably beat him every time they fought and then the brutal KO sealed the deal.

Get out of your contract and fight Floyd Manny. **** it.

Basically, Marquez got his lucky win against Pacquaio now he's running. Give the man a chance at redemption. Pacquaio didn't have to give Marquez rematch after rematch yet he did.

JMM is trying to get leverage and force Pac to take less money. That or looking to make more money by fighting Mayweather again.

However, nobody wants to see the unbelievably new and super duper improved JMM get embarrassed by Floyd at WW.......... again.

Marquez vs Mayweather II make it happen

Imagine if Paquiao would have KOd Marquez the same way, if everything was reversed. Pacfarts would be celebrating this decision instead of calling him a duck.

Good for Marquez, yes Pacquiao and Marquez give great shows but 5 fights is too much. It's like watching your favorite porn movie a lot, sure it's cool but you'll get tired of it eventually. Open up room for new rivalries.
