I've read this before and I think it's unlikely. For one thing at one time all humans looked very alike and changed in appearance into what we describe as races over hundreds of thousands of years. Some of the change can be put down to genetic drift and the shrinking of the planet in terms of travel would put a stop to this. But the bulk of the change is down to sexual selection.

Saying that everyone will look Brazilian in the future is overestimating the amount of racial mixing that will take place.
