Nah, joking aside, I was impressed man. Especially those muscles that are on the line between the neck and the shoulder. The ones that Holyfield/Cardassians have. I dunno what they're called, cos I don't have any.

What I used to hate about working traps is the headache the couple days after. Same with the neck. I can handle muscle soreness, but walking around for two days with a screaming headache just sucks. You can hit the traps with a full clean or power clean, a hang clean, or shrugs. They should get plenty of work just through boxing, though.
