I need help with a goal weight, coz im fighting at the end of the year. Im 6.4 wit a very heavy set bone structure, big legs and have broads back an shoulders an don't do weights, but plan 2 do a little after i lose weight just 4 condtioning. Pretty much trying 2 tell u im not 1 of those tall lanky guys. Also if u didn't guess im a supa hvy 91kg+ i way bout 139kg waz 156kg but don't think im like those guys from the (biggest loser) im a genuine big man, ive got a nice round belly LOL, an dats about it.
