If berto loses then ring may move mosley to #3 but nobody can say that for sure because of boxing politics, you know mosley bolting out of GBP and hoya being the ring mag owner.

Assuming mosley moves up to #3 if berto loses then, pac-mosley fight would be for the ring title if they haven't change the rule yet of #1 vs #2 or #1 vs #3 fighting for the ring title.

Shane lost to Mayweather the #1 ranked WW, Berto lost to Ortiz a guy coming up from 140... No way in hell should Berto be ranked higher than Mosley.
