I have the same Macbook 2011 it's way better than my HP pavillion was. Just update all your software and you will be okay. I heard Apple is changing the whole line next year though so I'm waiting to see if I should upgrade or not.

Maybe im wrong, but looking at the PC's you can get for 1k and what you get with a macbook, I don't see why people buy them.

Cuz they are much more smoother and higher quality product. Trust me you know when you have owned both

Very true...just own one for a month and you'll see the difference, that's if you actually use it for things besides FB, Internet and Mic. Word

But it is ridiculously overpriced
