How dare us fans question the dictatorship of boxing and humbly ask for the fights we want.

Really, the attitude you have is the problem. "Oh well, fans will never make a difference, whatever." That's a horrible way to look at it. Fans always make a difference we are the only reason these people make money.
You have to understand that hardcore message board fans don't really make a difference in the scheme of things really. People like us represent such a minuscule portion of the boxing community that what we do really doesn't matter, we would have to get the casual fans on board to really make a difference because lets face it, we are hardcore boxing fans we watch any fight that is available because we just love boxing. Most of us don't even buy PPV's to begin with, let alone organizing a mass boycott of PPV and premium cable network cards.

Larry is just being realistic, it's a pipe dream to assume anything we think matters to any of the big business guys running the show. Our best bet is to wait until Arum dies and then hopefully the feud dies with him.

We as fans should see the best fighting the best.
People can pretend this isn't true, but it is. It comes down to fan demand and fighters being willing. This promotional feud is just making it easier for fighters to duck each other.
