Make sure your handwrap is done correctly for your wrist, other then that try a "softer" bag in training, also you dont need to destroy the bag to have a good workout, work on your speed with the bag and move. If it doesnt go away you should see a doctor. Some ice and rest... is the key for now.

Don't punch anything until your wrists are completely healed.
Try applying athletic/adhesive tape around the wrists, then wrap with 180inch mexican style handwraps. Search youtube for boxing handwrapping methods.
Also make sure that your wrists are straight when punching.
