It was Floyd's insistence on 14 days. Pacquiao said 21 day first of Floyd said 14. Pac's team wanted to compromise and make it 17/18 days, Floyd would not budge, even though his team told him 14 days, 17/18 days makes no difference.

Everytime Pacquiao takes a step closer to Floyd's demands, Floyd moves further away and puts more barriers in the way of the fight.

ZThen its safe to say no 2nd negoations never took place since he said that before the 2nd go round ever happened. Think before you speak.

It was 24 days and Pac declined the 14 days.

You sir are just making stuff up. Pac never offered 21 day, they offered 24, and ONLY because they got caught lying about not taking blood test before 30 days. They also never offered any 17/18 days. How could they have done that when they didn't even accept the 14 days that was offered before, during and after arbitration? 14 days was on the table and Pac's team walked away and ONLY accepted it once FMJ said it was no longer on the table. Those are the facts!

Pacquiao could wait for Floyd forever, Pacquiao was willing to compromise Floyd wasn't 17/18 days was on the table, Floyd's team told Floyd to take it, Floyd stuck to his guns.

Pacquiao had a March date to fight, 12 weeks for training and promotions, how long was he expected to wait for Floyd, who was not budging from his posistion.

It was clear Floyd was not interested in fighting.

Made even more clear when he set the Mosley match up for May, even though Shane was ready. He even feared taking Pacquiao on in the PPV stakes.

Pacquiao didn't compromise anything. How do u call it compromise when you start from "we said sure, no problem, we will take any test you want" to "not the day before the fight" "not a within 3 days of the fight" to 30 days and because your caught lying, you change to 30 days, to 24 days. You are making things up with the 17/18 days dude. Why would Mayweather decline 17/18 days when his team offered 14? That makes no sense. The 14 day offer is not a rumor, it is something that was CONFIRMED along with the fact that it was declined by the Pacquiao team. All Pac had to do was agree to the terms that he thought was acceptable just a few months later(it's only a coincidence that he waited until after the offer was taken off the table) and we probably would've already seen the rematch.

Now that you know the facts and you know that it was Pac who walked away from 14 days, that FMJ made the compromises and Pac moved away from them, will you now change your comment to "It was clear PAC was not interested in fighting"?

You don't understand? well here is my detailed explanation.

The point is who put the first road block leading to this fight? It was Pacquiao because he refused Floyd OST? NO! Why? Well, how the hell Pac can refuse the OST when nobody ask him at the first place? Floyd asked this big obstacle and so the road block began. Floyd fans will say, Floyd accepted the $10m penalty why Pac could not do the same about the OST? Well in fact, Pac did not blatantly refuse it but negotiated to the term both side may agree. The very first time Floyd asked OST did Pac said..."go to hell with your OST and I will never fight you!" He didn't right? Instead, he negotiated to 24 days, 14 days and 7 days cut-off. All Floyd have to do is agree to the term and we should seen this fight long time ago but he simply moved the goal post from 14 days to 0 day cut-off. Who is at fault? Floyd fans should know, NEGOTIATION was invented to reach into term agreeable to both side. If the other party involved stand firm and will not bulge or doesn't care if the negotiation fail then you know should by then the result. Now we back to the $10m penalty Floyd had agreed easily. Well, its common sense Floyd has no other choice but to agree. Do you think he is fool enough and says he is against to the $10m weight penalty when everybody knows he cheated Marquez at the scale, gladly and happily just paid the cheap overweight penalty. The same will goes to his OST. For the rest of his life, he has to take his OST in his every fights to save his face or be labeled he is just really scared to fight the Pacman.
