The Hamburg District Court has ruled that heavyweight Denis Boytsov is free to go ahead with his fight against Marcelo Luiz Nascimento of Brazil in Schwerin, Germany on Sunday. Vladimir Klutch of the bankrupt Universum had claimed that Boytsov was still under contract.
