if you don't think that wasn't a high contact fight you've never been jabbed in the face

let me step into a few and put them on your grill and you'll might rethink things

    close fight
an argument can be made either way

quartey was the cleaner puncher in my opinion

It was either a draw or Quartey by a point depending on how you scored the first round. I think at the time I was more pissed at the 116-112 scorecard which was bull****. a lot of close rounds tho.

Just watched this one for the 1st time

            Rd1- Ike
            Rd2- DLH
            Rd3-DLH
Rd4- Ike( could have gone to DLH though)
            Rd5- Ike
            Rd6- Ike
            Rd7- Ike
            Rd8- Ike
            Rd9- Ike
            Rd10- DLH
            Rd11-DLH
            Rd12- DLH and it was a 10-8

            Final score= 114-113 Ike

Could have gone either way so no I wouldn't say Ike beat him it was a very even fight because of the KD at the end.

I had Ike winning, it was even till the 6th round knockdowns and Oscar didn't do much till the 11th and 12th rounds. I don't think he beat Pernell either

I thought Oscar won that one but I thought Whitaker and Sturm beat Hoya

That was an awesome fight. I remember watching it with my dad at a bar.

I thought DLH won it, but it was very close.

Oscar fought well in that one.

I thought Sturm beat Hoya too, but again it was close.

                    I think I had Sturm up 115-113 or 7 rounds to 5.

I remember them panning to Hopkins and mofo had a seriously worried look on his face as he was afraid his payday would go down the tubes.
