u got kind of ripped of, but i think it happened to every budsmoker in here at some point. either getting shorted on buds or simply getting weak grass. i know ppl who even sprinkle **** on it to make it sparkle and look mad potent. **** happens bro. be happy u only payed 20$ and got ripped of for about 10$, it couldve been alot worse.
