Mel Gibson has been ostracized by the Hollywood community since his incident. His last two films have been flops and he can't even get a film made in Hollywood because of his status. His latest film is going direct-to-TV. That's right, TV.

Charlie Sheen got fired and is now trying to make a show for FX. Will it be a hit? I doubt it.

Nick Carter. He's now irrelevant. The last time he was popular was over 10 years ago.

Nicolas Cage is now considered a joke among the film community. Ghost Rider 2 tanked and his last two films have been straight to video.

Chris Brown is still considered a star in the recording industry. He performed at the biggest music awards show and he's still winning awards.

It's all about the victim. He beat up Rihanna. She's considered pop's princess and the one of the sexiest women in the world. She also has a HUGE fan base. The picture of the beating and police report also put the cherry on top. On top of this, it felt he never felt remorse for doing the deed. All he did was give an apology and do community service. Then he had to destroy a room in ABC's office because Good Morning America asked him questions HE APPROVED OF. It's not because he's black.

He didn't beat up on a regular b!tch, he beat up on a b!tch that has a publicist, agent, fan base, etc and had already entered the mainstream.

This would've gotten 2 weeks airtime if it would've been a regular *****.

Nick Carter and Nicolas Cage lack the talent for longevity... Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen didn't. They are the poster boys for why you shouldn't talk about Jews in even the slightest of negative (even if it might be truthful) tones.

IMO Nicolas Cage doesn't lack talent. He lacks a good accountant. The guy is only as good as the script. The last great performance he had was in Bad Lieutanant and that was over 2 years ago. When Cage is great, he's really damn great (i.e. Leaving Las Vegas, Adaptation, Bad Lieutanant) but when he's bad, you could tell he's only doing it for the money (i.e. Ghost Rider 2, Drive Angry, Season of the Witch). And the dude had back taxes like no tomorrow. That's why he has to do so many bad films and thus is the reason why he's considered a joke.
