I'm sorry but some people on this site are just as dumb as Mayweather. Before the IRS post a lein on you they give you ample time to pay them or workout a payment plan. He dosen't have the money if he did he would have payed the bill. How many millionaires are in sports and entertainment? Only a few get hit with tax leins. Why??? Because they don't pay their taxes. Simple and Plain! There is no conspiracy and Floyd is not hanging on to the money for a rainy day. This is just a classic case of a foolish out of control individual.
