Sprott has been accumulating a lot of losses - it would be a meaningless win for Ruiz. Sprott isn't even ranked.
Ruiz should fight Meehan, Austin or best of all, Lamon Brewster. They're all easy fights to make because they're King or Sauerland fighters.
