    Whats good everybody, i got a wedding to attend on october the 20th( i just realized that i'll have to miss the fights). How many lbs do you think i could/ should loose, in a healthy way of course?


    EDIT: forgot to mention that im 5'6 and weigh an embarrassing 180lbs

    If you're really pushing it, eating healthy and training, 2-3lbs a week is about right and healthy..

    "A couple weeks" isn't really enough to make a drastic change or make too much of a noticeable difference..but it's a good start..

      well, a couple weeks is not enough or you to lose a lot of weight/fat, but if you eat healthy, exercise a lot and rest well, you should look/feel quite a bit better
