i actually think its the other way around.. pac is underestimating cotto.. everyone is writing this dude off like he's not even a champ.. just a bum.. i hope manny is focused and not worried to much about his movie career casue cotto is 100% focused on beating Manny.. cant wait.. gonna be war

Cotto ain't winnin by purely outboxin Pac. He needs to use his jab to disrupt Pac's moves, but stayin up on his toes or tryin to counter won't help him. He's the bigger guy and he needs to make use of it. Back him up and hammer him wit power shots, **** tryin to score points. I don't think he's underestimatin Pac, but he can't fool himself into thinkin he can outbox the quicker guy all nite.

I don't think that's consistent with Cotto's attitude at all. From what we've seen in the build up thus far it would appear to be the other way around if anything.

Pacquiao and his team are viewing this as a victory lap, while Cotto sees the most important fight of his career bearing down upon him

That kinda sounds like what you're hoping for.

I've never seen Cotto underestimate any opponent.

Mangler, I don't agree that he needs to bully Pacquiao and prove he's the bigger man -- this is the exact mistake that Oscar, Diaz and Hatton made (****ing idiots). You must see this pattern by now. Just about everyone underestimates Manny.

Cotto needs to be smart. But whatever, I don't see Cotto winning this at all anyway, I think it's irrelevant what he does because he simply isn't as good as Manny Pacquiao. Right now, nobody is.
