How do you think Marciano would fair in todays heavyweight division?

Well most light heavies today come in heavier than Marciano did, so that is probably the weight he would fight if he fought today. There are probably some guys there like Dawson, that might be able to outbox him over 12 rounds, but if Rocky ever happened to land his Suzy-Q, it'd be lights out.

With today's diet and training, he could probably get up to about 215-220, where he could probably hold his own with just about any heavy as well. With his height and especially reach disadvantages, I'd say his best best would be at LHW, possibly even SMW.

Today, Marciano wouldn't be in the HW division, IMO. But if he weighed in at a trim and ready 210-215, I'd believe that he'd give many currently ranked heavyweights many problems. His punch output and ferocity and pretty much unmatched in heavyweights today. He could take out some guys around his size like Ibragimov or Chagaev, but he'd have many problems pertaining to height and reach like Klit or Valuev. If he works the body and utilizes his right hand correctly, Rocky probably would have a good chance against the taller guys.

He is a joke but would do well because they are a bunch of jokers nowadays. Marciano is overrated and would not beat the Klits. Even the glass chinned one would handle him like the little boy he is.
