How gross is fast food?

I've worked in the restaurant business long enough to know, you can't mess with the servers or cooks for too long. If I have a problem, I'll tell them, if it's still the same, I'll see if I can address the cook so he doesn't think I'm being an azz. Ya gotta know how to play it.
