  • Haye's legacy? [or lack thereof?]

Seriously. This guy unified the cruiserweight division, the weakest division in boxing. EVEN weaker then the heavyweight division, and that is pretty damn weak.

HE NEEDS a klitschko. At least to fight one, so even if he loses he can say "he challenged for the real heavyweight championship of the world", the lineage descended from jack dempsey, to joe louis, to ali, ALL THE GREATS.

As of now, Haye's legacy is one blind, looping, lucky punch that made the slowest heavyweight in history do the stanky leg. LOL, didn't even drop him. And for fighting the most boring fight ever.

ALSO, TRUE ****: His fight with valuev, he threw THE LEAST AMOUNT OF PUNCHES in any heavyweight fight ever, in the history of the sport.

    THAT is david haye's legacy

Don't forget getting warned by the ref for not throwing a single punch in the 2nd round in his "fight" with Harrison, that had to be a first as well.

He only did it for the lulz. He is clearly the GOAT. That fight with Harrison is going to be honored as a classic confrontation between two heavyweight greats! Thank GOD haye pulled it off! All hail david haye, SAVIOR of the heavyweight division!

The cruiserweight division is in fact a much stronger division than da HW in recent times the exact same point can be made for either Klit name an elite fighter they ever beat. Valeuv fight will be more remembered than any Klit fight cause of his sheer size (im aware that he is a terrible boxer) face it the Klits need Haye more then he needs them.

Haye really needs to beat Vitali if Wlad won't fight him. At the moment his CV is poor. Maybe one of the worst records of a heavyweight titlist ever.
