I think it's a bad move. He's 31 and his biggest asset is his athleticism. That will be gone within 2-3-4 years, maybe. He's shown recently that he can adjust his game tho, so we'll see how he does this coming season and in the future.

How do NFL contracts work? Say if he deteriorates in the next 2 years, will he still be able to cling on to the team as a 3rd/4th choice and just get his guaranteed?
