I love Mole Poblano, pork in mole verde, tamales, sopa tortilla, pozole, Arroz con Leche, Flan, etc...Mexican food is one of my favorites... along with French, Italian, Portuguese, Cajun/Creole...hell,all latin based cultures make the best food!

Here in Australia,there is not one proper Mexican restaurant,so I cook it myself (I'm a chef )...

To be honest I haven't had the chance to explore PR culture in terms of nutrition but I am highly sure that they don't have **** on Mexico.
