Does anyone else get the impression that when it comes down to true soldiering and guerilla tactics that the American army works to an EXTREMELY low standard?

As soon as somebody starts using a bit of guile and craftiness, Americans can’t adapt. You have to level an entire city to hit a handful of targets. Hell, you dropped 7 million tonnes worth of bombs in Vietnam and still couldn’t grind out a victory.
Should’ve spent more time in Tigerland.

what a silly observation you just made , mate. really.
forces fight guerilla tactics because they have no choice and they've conceded that they can't beat the opposing forces conventionally.
