He's been doing this for a while. The goal is to simulate high altitude conditions while he's training. It's the equivalent of training at high altitude and resting at sea level. Conte thinks fighters shouldn't train and rest at high altitude because it's counter-productive.

Not true at all. There are many studies to back up the fact that it works and works well.
