I blame Ortiz's trainer for the way the fight ended. He was way overemphasizing Floyd's dirty tactics and talked incessantly about it in the days leading to the fight. Ortiz was most likely indoctrinated to retaliate the moment it happens. Instead of retaliating, he threw the first mud.

If you don't believe the TS, just try it yourself.

Adopt Floyd's stance, and see how much quicker/easier it is to just roll to the right to block a right handed punch than to roll to the left and block the a punch from the left hand.

Floyd's jab becomes less effective against a southpaw, because the jab hands cancel each other out as well as being vulnerable to the right hook counter.
