^^^Whats wrong with this picture? The Icon on the right was supposed to be Stone Cold Steve Austin, but he was too pussea to get in the same ring with Hogan. Austin is accustomed to being the Alpha male, and he still has nightmares from WCW when Hogan ran the show. So the next best superstar, The Rock, takes his spot in the main event.

Austin ends up on the undercard facing Scott Hall!!! For non-wrestling fans, Austin going up against Hall is like Vitali going after Manuel Charrr. Its a certified b*tch move.

So did Austin chicken out or was Rock/Hogan the match everyone wanted to see?

Actually their enormous egos couldn't agree on an ending to the match. Hogan actually did the job to The Rock to stick it to Hogan.

What's with the "wrestling is fake/you know it isn't real" people? It reminds me of goths who think they are "different" no you are a follower stop stating the ****ing obvious

Austin's ego wouldn't allow him to job to Hogan.

People forget The Rock had to let Hogan go over him clean on Raw, leg drop and all first.

Shawn Michaels had the same problem. Hogan usually won't lay down if he's not going to trade going over with you.. and pulled a stunt on Shawn at Summerslam to go over first, and then feigned injury not to do the job back.

but it's Shawn, and he deserved to be humiliated like that after what he did in Montreal in '97.
