  • how is froch so hard?

i mean it's like he's made of steel. even when his punches look slow or glancing they thud home like concrete, and his opponent's blows just bounce off him. is it like a bone density thing?

He has a really tough chin, but it's not iron. He was hurt a lot by Ward, and Ward isn't a huge puncher. He's tough and can take a punch.

abiding by the old "no sex before a fight" rule must be how he cultivated his iron will.

Mentally superior. His chin has seen him on the canvas, but his head won't accept defeat under any circumstances we have seen him faced with so far.

I'd adhere to 'The Method' if I was Froch. He's got enough manliness to spare.
