Back for the first time since last December's big knockout loss to Nonito Donaire, former four division world champion Jorge “Travieso” Arce (61-7-2, 46 KOs) started his campaign in the featherweight division with an eight round knockout over late replacement Jose Carmona (22-4, 12 KOs) at the Domo de San Luis Potosí in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Arce is still the spirited buzzsaw that he always was and that is impressive! The way he fights, he does not look washed up at all. He still has the fire, that is for sure.
