We Need a False Flag to Start War with Iran!

Iran has done nothing but attempt to bring nuclear power to their nation. Sure, it can be stated that they sponsor terrorism through Hamas, but so does Israel through the Mossad, so does the US through the CIA, so does a lot of other countries.

What is the REAL justification for a war with Iran???

War with Iran is going to happen IMO. The media build up just points to it. It is all preparation to the get the population ready for it. Once everything is in place a handy "incident" just triggers the inevitable. This seems to be going on with the Syria issue right now with these incidents with Turkey. Assad must be under huge pressure do you really think he wants to amplify the pressure and bring Turkey in the equation. That means the end for him. When Hitler invaded Poland bogus border incidents were created to justify the war and it looks to me that is going on in Syria. After Syria falls Iran is next and when that war starts our lives will change for ever. Oil prices will go through the roof and inflation will spiral beyond it's crazy present levels and the economy will get even worse. War with Iran could well bring in China and Russia who are getting sick of US agressive overseas action.
We don't live in a democracy. It is just an illusion if we did we would have internet voting on key issues. If there was a vote on getting into a war with of Iraq and Afghanistan our troops would have never been sent in the first place and troops would be home. We are powerless and our lovely democracies are going to start a war with Iran whether we like it or not.

This war, when it happens won't be because of some dated nuclear program or Iran's threats towards Israel.

No it isn't. A false flag attack is an attack perpetrated against oneself or an ally in the guise of an attack by the enemy. This is calling for provocation so the enemy attacks first, it's something quite different.

ah that's right. but it is still disturbing what this person is saying, no? advocating for the use of covert attacks against Iran that will possibly coax them into making the first attack thus justifying a full blown war in the ME..the fact that he is the director for research at Washington Institute for Near East Policy (a think tank that has been praised by Al Gore and where some of it's former members served former presidents) and openly spews some war mongering garbage at a company luncheon is pretty disturbing imo.

Exactly. Lobby groups can lobby for whatever they want. There's a lobby group that wants the US government to ban abortion, there are lobby groups for banning gay marriage, there are plenty of lobbyists doing things I disagree with. This video is being bandied around as proof of government shenanigans when in reality it's just some guy who happens to be paid to ask the government to do stuff. The govt. is allowed to say no.

Washington Institute for Near East Policy is an extension of AIPAC. and if you don't think AIPAC has any strong/significant influence in Washington then you're being naive.

Its more than disturbing, its totally outrageous on several levels. This blood-thirst for war against Iran is completely unnecessary, and unjustified.

Can the US realistically afford another War?

The economy is depressed to the point where many if not all economists are predicting a total collapse within a year.
The dollar is devalued to the point where its not even worth the paper its printed on.
We still have active troop involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq, that is costing TRILLIONS the US do not have. On top of this, the US is almost 17 TRILLION in debt which is 101.5% of its GDP -- This alone makes an economic collapse almost guaranteed.
A instigated war with Iran will most likely involve both Russia and China, who realize that the US is positioning themselves to dominate control of the oil reserves in the Middle East. And they have explicitly stated that they will not sit idly by and let this take place. They have been ramping up their military and investing billions upon billions, getting ready for the seemingly inevitable.
And last, but certainly not least, Israel is actively trying to instigate this war, knowing full well that US soldiers will be the first to get the call to lay down their lives for this very destructive, very useless effort.

I state again: This is total madness!!

Its like this total loss of reason by world powers was preordained and they have no choice but to fulfill their destiny of complete and utter self-destruction.

Russia and China are in such a position that they CANNOT sit back and watch the US merge all the oil producing countries of the Middle-East under its control.

This would put both Russia and China into a death-grip strangle-hold and force them to capitulate to US demands at will. That will not be tolerated and this is exactly why Putin was brought back to run Russia.

Historically, over probably the last two centuries, Iran has not attacked any other nation - - Maybe longer. I understood Israel's fear of Iraq, because Saddam constantly fired missiles into their confiscated territory and acted on his words. But to date, Iran has not attacked Israel directly. So, this panic attack over several mistranslated comments coming from the President of Iran is just a ruse.
In all honesty, taking a birds-eye look at things, Israel has been the aggressor against Iran, covertly and overtly ... and last I checked, they are the one's with nuclear weapons.
