Yeah it makes sense also because it looks like Mayweather cant make 147 for too long, Mayweather is 33 now and his body along with inactivity or retirement would make it difficult for him to make 147, So i see both him and cotto at 154.

I was thinking the same thing the other day. I wondered whether the possibility remained that Cotto would fight Mayweather @ 154 in the final fight of Cotto's career. Many say that it carries no significance; however, just as Castillo did, I believe Cotto can give May a run for his money, as well as an entertaining fight. It also makes sense financially for both but who knows?
