    The anticipated fight between junior welterweights Danny Garcia and Lucas Matthysse could possibly be at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 7, according to Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer.

    “That’s the fight we want to do. That’s the fight [that] fight fans want to see,” Schaefer said, speaking at the post-fight press conference this past Saturday following Matthysse’s win over Lamont Peterson.
