SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO - Former double world champion Juan Manuel "Juanma" Lopez must explain why he shouldn't be suspended for one year from any possible activity with the World Boxing Organization (WBO), after making his statements on Saturday night against the referee Roberto Ramirez, which took place after Juanma's TKO loss against Mexico's Orlando Salido, the current WBO featherweight king.

Hopefully they add the judges to this year long ban. So glad it ended by KO

I still don't understand the whole "gambler" thing? How does he know this information about the referee? And what was he implying that the man's gambling addiction, true or falste had anything to do with the outcome of the fight?

What Juanma did certainly needs to come with harsh punishment. When you are accusing a ref that he has gambling problems and is influencing the outcome, that is serious. He made an attack on the integrity of that man and the WBO who appointed him. A one year ban would be getting off soft tbh.

              Juanma

              1-get his ass kicked again

2-blames his loss on the ref

3-had the refs set up to rob Salido(blew it)

              4-no will probably get banned

damn this is bad for Juanma

i still haven't seen the interview but surely boxers have said way worse and got away with it not saying it's right but it would be harsh to ban him for that i think
