  • This new James Bond film then?

TBH I'm not really a James Bond fan, though I've seen them all. He's just some sexist Green Teef who goes around slapping up foreigners and disabled people, ain't he? "I'm brown and disfigured, Mr. Bond" "Quick, where's my gun?"

Yet these latest ones haven't been so bad, even though they're clearly informed by the Bourne movies. For once we get a Bond who looks like he can handle himself, even if it makes you want to hit the gym after you've seen one.

I saw the latest last night, and quite enjoyed it, despite plot inconsistencies. If you havent' seen it, I won't say much, but the villain's plans went from A to C to E to G to J to P when really he could have followed the plot from A to B with no problem at all. You'll know if you see it.

But it's nice to know if ever an armed helicopter and a dozen men with machine guns came after me I'd be able to hold them off with an old Scottish guy with a shotgun and some bits of wiring.

I wasn't expecting too much after QoS (Which I personally felt was terrible), but I really liked it.

I thought the camera work was very, very nice and there were some great performances, imo. Craig and Dench were good, as they generally are, and Javier Bardem was pretty good as the villain - even if I didn't particularly like the character much.

Anyway, I'd say it was probably the best of the three Craig Bond films, with Casino Royale a close second.

the new James Bond looks pretty good but I wouldn't go to the movies to see it I'll wait for it on demand but there's nothing like watching the old school Connery movies.

I find a lot of them kind of cheesy, reeking of moronic macho British Imperialism. It's the vibe of Green Teef football hooligans, thinking that drinking lager and fighting is the way of the world. Indiana Jones is a **** as well.

The first two weren't bad (though it's hard to take them seriously after Austin Powers... Basil Exposition is still a great joke) but when you get to the overblown Goldfinger it's all got too silly. Thunderbore is like a travelogue.. though the ninjas in volcanos and borderline racism of You Only Live Twice is great fun.

Plus, I saw a video on YouTube of Connery saying he believes in hitting women. What a ****.

Indiana Jones is not a ****!
              He punched Nazis!

You punch a Nazi, you aint a ****. He maybe a paedophile, but he cannot be a ****, because Nazis are ****s, and he punched them.

I grew up watching Roger Moore as Bond. So its impossible for me to care about Bond movies because Moore had the silliest deep voice of any man that has ever lived. Plus he looked just like my teacher in school who was a woman, and it was painfully obvious she could beat the **** out of him, as could me and my mates when we were 8 years old.
Moore had his c0ck out most of the time, was always greased up and judging by his leathery bronzed wrinkled skin, was used as a dildo by Jaws, the oh so subtle hit man who became his mate in Moonraker aka Bond In Space!

I like every Bond except Brosnan. He's a fine actor but all the Bond films he was in aside from Golden Eye wre ****ing awful. Live And Let Die rules, as do the two with Timothy Dalton (criminally underrated).

Way excited about Skyfall. QoS was **** but Casino Royal was a masterpiece.
