Well of course. This is the biggest fight that can be made besides Pac-Mayweather. There is no other fight in boxing that even comes close to what this fight will generate. It will be HUGE.

Pac accepting the random blood test with a signed contract would be even bigger!

In the meantime we've already seen JMM fight and look embarrassing at WW. Good choice for Pac outside of avoiding the blood test/Mayweather fight.

It's just sad and a disgrace that Pac demands a LW champion to fight at WW where we all know for a fact looks horrible. Then again, Bob's said its about "entertainment" and not matching the best vs the best.

Mayweather vs Ortiz @ WW >>>>>> Pac vs JMM @ WW

Showtimes offer will be huge. HBO prob not so much. SHowtime "needs" the fight more than HBO.

Monster news for boxing no doubt. This budding war between HBO and SHOWTIME is just what we need. More exposure is always a good thing. It's a sad day when u see more golf on tv then the sweet science. Let the games begin...

Uhhh no, not hardly. Manny fights twice a year and does well over a million pvp buys each time. HBO isn't gonna sit back and watch the premier money maker in the sport walk down the street without a fight.

JoeDawg respectfully, Manny is not the premier moneymaker in the sport. Floyd Mayweather is. HBO just let manny walk to showtime for his last fight.

Not they didnt man, greenberg tried his best once he realised he messed up earlier. made emergency meetings and everything

manny does 2 fights per year while floyd does like 1 now, he makes more money for hbo overall

his 2 fights fights would do around 3.1-3.4m or maybe more while floyds one would do less
