    Juan Manuel Marquez has never fought at welterweight he fought at 144 catch-weight so that jump isn't a legit jump compared to the other guys.

          meh, Mayweather came in at the welterweight limit and he wasn't weight draining fighters like Pacquiao has become notorious for doing.

          i'll give him a pass

            marquez drained pacquiao by 3 lbs and still lost lol


            p.s pacquiao was also drained in the 2nd fight, and he still won
