Old man in ridiculous shape on an advertisement. Real or Fake?

I used to know this guy at my gym who was much better built than that guy. I always thought he was around 40. One day I asked him how old he was and he told me 65 and I didn't believe him until he showed me his drivers license...so yeah there are some guys out there like that.
