Be confident, ALWAYS. Act kind of like an asshole, not in a negative angry way but in a funny way. Poke fun at her. Another trick is to talk to her as if you have no intentions of getting with her, like you're talking to just to make conversation. It takes the pressure off in your mind.

It depends on your personality, of course.

For me, the "act kind of like an asshole" thing just doesn't work.

Like has been said though, you just gotta be yourself.

I try to treat girls just like anybody else (e.g., guys, or old people I suppose, haha.)

I just try to be friendly, and have interesting conversations, etc. I guess, once you become close to someone, if you have feelings, you can try to cross that bridge.
