  • Freddie Roach's system left Amir vulnerable is Hunter the answer?

    Has Amir Khan learned from his mistakes and lack of understanding through Freddie Roach's limited system?
    Can he beat Carlos Molina tonight?

    Of course he can. Molina is a tune-up, nothing more.

      No one had a problem with Roachs system when Khan was winning.

      He cant take a punch. Nothing to do with Roach.

        You a smart cookie BR. I tell you about keeping your promo **** only in the Training section, and so you bring it here to look like you're participating.

        I dig it. Good stuff. It's like a beautifully thrown counter to some poor bastard that's squared himself up.

        Wait, wait, wait.

        Before you even get in;

        Haterzzzzzzzzzz

          Hey BR, do you wanna know why Mayweather knows the left hook is coming back, when previously he'd stayed inside to have control?

          Because the second time Mayweather is two feet away from Baldomir and doesn't have any inside control.

          He could have tried to step in, but that could create trouble, because he knows that when you're at mid range and not touching you're opponent when you throw an uppercut, you need to get the **** down, because a hook is coming back at you. That's what happens when you throw an uppercut from mid range. You get countered.

          But hey, let's use a video of two kids of mine that are standing three feet apart, make sure we add our name in, when you'd never throw a ****ing uppercut (unless you wanted to get slapped stupid by your trainer!), because you'd get KTFO in two seconds (hence Floyd only throwing when Baldomir touches him) or ducking the moment he knows he's thrown it from too far out and that a left counter should be coming back immediately.

          You don't mention the second uppercut he throws, because he nearly gets countered with the right over the top. Nicely forgotten, hence him stepping out.

              if you look at the training vids, pad work with khan and roach for the garcia fight khan would throw mainly lefts(jab, left hook to the body, left to the head etc) right hand raised and guarding for garcia left

              khan deviated from the plan, threw his right way to often

                Blaming roach is pathetic... Khan's problem is centered around his inflated Ego, and his inability to find his own style...stealing Pacman's style (i.e. even simple gestures like throwing his gloves up and banging them together). Khan has no Chin, that is his biggest problem.
