Yeah, Dwight was the last star to do it. It should be a requirement that only players in the All Star game can do the dunk contest. If none of them want to, then no contest that year.

That's not a bad idea. They could make a half hour show with highlights too. It's not like we are seeing any "new" dunks anymore.

well it gets harder every single year cuz there are only so many dunks you can do.

the spin double basketball dunk(by evans I think) only got 7's when Larry Nance who is 7'0 did a simple double basketball dunk and everyone was freaking out. Its just not as easy to impress ppl in the dunk contest anymore.

personally I liked most of the dunks. they were pretty sick.

****a, im 5 5. of course i cant dunk. although i can touch rim, quickest in our gym, low post and box out beast and i drain trays all day.

squats and calf raises definitely boost them leg power.
