  • Does being a bodybuilder give you an advantage for fighting ?

Just about every bodybuilder I've met had this mentality that they can wreck anyone because of how built they are.

Does being bigger slows them down ?

Any one can post a vid of a non lifting dude taking out a bodybuilder ?

If combat sports have taught us anything it's that muscles don't win fights.

The only muscle that truly matters in a fight is the heart, and even that is merely metaphorical.

No and I can't stand muscle heads who think it does.

No, far from it. What's funnier is most muscle bound freaks have got no wind what so ever, they couldn't run a mile or survive an intensive fight without being exhausted after a few minutes. They look big and they are strong no doubt, but they aren't usually all that fit

Fancy over function for most of those guys.

No way..speed wins fights so does a strong punch..not every big man hits hard..bodybuilders may not get into many fights because most ppl wouldnt pick on them because of their size but common man his muscles dont mean ****.

Probably beats doing no physical activity at all, but of you want to be good at fighting you train to fight, if you want to have bug muscles you do bodybuilding.
