Before boxing I do compact curls of 50lbs i do 15 of them, would this help me in boxing?

I wouldnt think so, since it is isolated muscle exercise...However the big question is, is it working for you? Since you are doing them have you improved with or without them?

You kind of what to avoid anything that directly shortens the muscle belly in your biceps. So, i would them.
