    Whats the reasonable amount of time to be jumping rope? Do you normally start the time again if you stop.

    I only really jump rope to warm up and warm down, after a run ill jump for 15 mins then after training another 15 mins, i do 15 mins quite easily so i dont need to stop but if you do muck up just dont waste anytime and start skipping straight away.. i wouldnt start all over again.

      i do a few rounds for warm up, and then i also do it for a 15 minute session after training. the more you do, the more you become light on your feet, good cardio too if you change it up.

        15 minutes at the start of every training session.

        Don't bother restarting the timer every time you mess up or you'll never finish.

          i do 5+ rounds of 3 minutes doing 10 pushups in between in each round.
