Whats the reasonable amount of time to be jumping rope? Do you normally start the time again if you stop.

I only really jump rope to warm up and warm down, after a run ill jump for 15 mins then after training another 15 mins, i do 15 mins quite easily so i dont need to stop but if you do muck up just dont waste anytime and start skipping straight away.. i wouldnt start all over again.

i do a few rounds for warm up, and then i also do it for a 15 minute session after training. the more you do, the more you become light on your feet, good cardio too if you change it up.
